Reflective Thought is useful to lecturer as it allows us to reflect on our teaching practices to allow improvement.

Form the first video, my personal view is that I would only allow students to pain their nails even it is during break time or lessons have ended and they are lingering around in the classroom. I would not allow students to paint their nails during my lesson as that is disrespectful to the teacher and I don't think they can pay attention and paint their nails.

I also don't think it is right to confront a fellow colleague in terms of their classroom management in front of others, not professional.

From video 2, our perception of the students affect how we treat them. If we are only joking and telling them not to behave like animals that is still acceptable. But if we really see them as animals and detest handling them, students can feel our negative vibes and they will not be receptive to our teaching.
